Alan and Bonnie Cashman radiate opportunity.

Married 42 years they have built a successful partnership in business and in their personal life that encompasses positive thinking and ultimately lends them the ability to reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and to Enjoy the Good Life.

They believe making the choice to put your health first involves taking the time to learn how to eat, learning how to think positively, and knowing when to seize opportunity. Cashman Lifestyle is their way of passing on the personal and professional lessons they have learned over the decades so that you, too, can live and Enjoy the Good Life. The Cashmans are not doctors or health professionals. Just like you they are consumers. As consumers they have conquered their own health problems that even doctors could not help them overcome without the use of harsh medicines.

They are happy to share their secrets with you.

They want to mentor and coach you  through a positive life change while offering encouragement and showing by example what works and what doesn’t work.

The Cashmans met at Seattle University and for the next four decades they worked together to form a solid business foundation. They owned and sold two successful companies: the Balanced Program Institure (BPI) and Adminstrative Systems, Inc. (ASI). They currently own Lab5 Fitness on Seattle’s Capitol Hill. The successful work ethic they learned and continue to learn from the business world is the same work ethic they used to research their health problems.

Together they will unveil how you too can Enjoy the Good Life. A life of positive riches and healthy living. The Cashmans want you to celebrate every aspect of your life, they are here to show you how to do just that through Cashman Lifestyle.
