Professional History

Alan Cashman was the Founder and President of two companies: Administrative Systems, Inc. (ASI; founded 1990) a licensed third-party administrator providing back-office systems and support to insurance companies. And The Balanced Program, Inc., (BPI, founded 1981) a company regarded as one of the premier benefit firms in the Pacific Northwest working with many small- to midsize-companies. In 2003, both companies were acquired by National Financial Partners. Mr. Cashman retired from both ASI and BPI in 2007.
Alan was also one of the original Founders of a Seattle start up community bank in 2006, Fortune Bank, and was later elected Chairman of the Board of Directors until the Bank was sold to HomeStreet Bank effective November 1st, 2013.  He has extensive experience and success in financial services including employee benefits, retirement planning, property casualty insurance, investments, individual and corporate owned life insurance, wealth management, securities and banking.  Alan graduated from Seattle University in 1972 with a degree in business administration.
Bonnie Cashman was the President of The Balanced Program, Inc. (BPI), a nationally recognized leader in the worksite marketplace of voluntary benefits with emphasis on small- and medium-sized employers until July 2007 when she retired. During her career she sold over 1,000 employer groups in the Seattle area. Bonnie has qualified for numerous sales awards, including the Million Dollar Round Table and Insurance Sales All Star Honor Roll in 1995 and 1996. She is a sought-out speaker and has had numerous articles published regarding her expertise about worksite marketing. In 1999, Bonnie was inducted into the N.A.P.E.S. Worksite Marketing Hall of Fame. She is a native of the Seattle area and graduated from Seattle University with a degree in psychology in 1973.
